Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request to management at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@cubanacigarbar.com or delivered in person to a Cubana management representative.

Please note: Canceling a membership does not result in a refund of any portion of the annual dues. Members who cancel will retain access to all benefits until the end of the current term.

All membership payments are non-refundable. Due to the exclusive nature of our services—including private lounge access, member events, and personalized amenities—Cubana Cigar Bar does not offer partial or prorated refunds under any circumstances.

All memberships are set to automatically renew annually. Members will receive a courtesy 30-day renewal notice prior to their anniversary date. If no cancellation is submitted, the membership will automatically renew at the current rate, and the card on file will be charged.

Cubana Cigar Bar reserves the right to revoke or terminate a membership at any time and without refund if a member is found to be in violation of house policies, including but not limited to:

• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff, guests, or fellow members
• Misuse of membership privileges
• Actions that compromise the safety, comfort, or values of the Cubana community
• Repeated violations of dress code, conduct policies, or lounge etiquette
• Any illegal or inappropriate activity within or associated with the venue

Termination decisions are made at the discretion of ownership and management and are final.
